These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of iPhoneToAndroid's Website, located at https://iphonetoandroid.com.

These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you (“the user”) and iPhoneToAndroid (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

IphoneToAndroid allows users to upload HEIC/HEIF images, convert them to JPG, and optionally save the converted files to their own Google Drive account.

2. No Storage and No Access to User Photos

We do not store any files you upload.

• Uploaded images are processed in-memory only.

• Files are automatically deleted immediately after conversion.

• Converted files are sent exclusively to the user’s device or to a Google Drive folder that the user personally selects.

• The developer cannot access, view, download, or inspect any uploaded or converted images at any time.

You retain full control over your files at all times.

3. Google Drive Integration

If you choose to save converted files to Google Drive:

• You grant us temporary permission only to upload files into the specific folder you choose.

• We do not have access to your other Drive files or folders.

• We do not read, analyse, or store the contents of any files.

• We do not keep copies of your files on our servers.

Permissions end immediately after the upload action.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

5. Payments and Subscriptions (Paddle)

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

Paddle handles:

• payments

• taxes (VAT/GST)

• subscription renewals

• invoicing

• refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Paddle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload unlawful content or misuse the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for:

• data loss

• corruption of files

• problems caused by third parties (Google, Paddle)
